Job Description

****CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD****

Crowned Grace International is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) Journeyman to provide strategic guidance on Information Management (IM) and Information Technology (IT) workforce planning and human capital management. This role will require a deep understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) and the specific operations of the Defense Health Agency. The successful candidate will be a proactive problemsolver capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. If you have a strong background in strategic planning and human capital management within the defense sector we encourage you to apply.


**Key Responsibilities:**


Provide expert guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning initiatives and effective human capital management for the Defense Health Agency.


Lead the development and improvement of business processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.


Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of workforce planning and human capital strategies with organizational objectives.


Apply expertise to manage multiple complex work assignments offering solutions and insights that contribute to organizational success.


Analyze current workforce strategies and recommend enhancements based on industry best practices and emerging trends in IM/IT.


Maintain awareness of changes in the DoD and Defense Health Agency policies and regulations that may impact strategic planning efforts.


Demonstrate ability to manage efficiently and effectively while adapting to multiple and shifting priorities.


Requirements:

Familiarity with the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.


35 years of experience in strategic planning particularly within the IM/IT workforce context.


Proven proficiency in business process development and improvement methodologies.


Possesses and demonstrates expertise on multiple complex assignments with the ability to provide insightful and actionable recommendations.


Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.




  • Must be able to pass government background investigation.
