Who Are We Looking For

The Revenue Operations team at Vestwell is growing to meet the needs of our scaling organization playing a critical role in driving our firms objectives forward. We are seeking a Senior Associate GTM Engineer to deploy scalable automation solutions that drive seamless sales and operational excellence. This will involve working closely with many stakeholders across the organization such as Sales Operations Marketing Product and Sales Teams to implement automation solutions that streamline the sales cycle opportunity funnel lead ingestion and management and improve outreach workflows. You will also focus on reducing manual efforts enhancing pipeline efficiency and ensuring seamless integration across sales technology platforms.

In this role you will play a critical role in helping Vestwell evolve its business and meet the demands of a growing organization with tech oriented solutions. What Will You Be Doing

  • Opportunity Funnel Automation: Develop solutions to optimize leadtoopportunity conversion and increase the velocity of sales.
  • Scaling Sales Support: Design automated workflows to assist sales teams with realtime data CRM updates and process simplification.
  • Reduce Manual Deal Operational Processes: Identify bottlenecks in opportunity process (proposals portal creation contracting QCing) and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows and minimize manual intervention from support team.
  • Lead Ingestion & Outreach Automation: Iterate on current lead ingestion processes further automate outreach sequences to improve engagement and speedtolead and build scalable solutions to prevent leakage.
  • CRM & Tech Stack Optimization and Integration: Enhance Salesforce CRM capabilities with native features such as custom workflows and VR Rules integrate advanced features such as Einstein Scoring and Bots and ensure seamless integration with other sales technology platforms.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with Revenue Operations Product Marketing and Sales to align automation strategies with business goals and enhance the endtoend sales process.

Requirements

The Necessities

  • 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering Sales Operations or Revenue Operations with a focus on automation and process optimization.
  • Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) including automation integrations and data management.
  • Experience with lead management opportunity tracking and sales engagement platforms (e.g. Salesloft HubSpot Salesforce Orum LeanData Aircall Slack Elevate).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from sales data.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent problemsolving communication and collaboration skills.

The Extras

  • Experience with AIdriven sales automation tools
  • Knowledge of SQL Python or API integrations
  • Prior experience in a SaaS fintech or startup environment
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and forecasting methodologies

The expected base salary range for this position is $90K100Kfor New York $85.5K $95K for Austin and $81K90K for Phoenix.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool and is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company.
