ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client a Fortune 500 firm leader at its domain is looking for an experiencedSenior Oracle Developer Oracle EBS Specialist
Our client has a Tech Hub in Athens with more than 60 employees and the Hub provides IT Services across all corporate functions of the organization in Europe & the USA.
Location: Athens North sector (walking distance to metro station)
Working Model: Hybrid working model 3 days office 2 remote)
You will be reporting directly to the Enterprise Applications Manager
What you will do:
You will lead all Enterprise projects related to the Oracle ERP system. You will be responsible end to end for the development and support of new and existing customizations integrations and packages. You will be working closely with vendors and internal teams to enhance performance and functionality.
More specifically you will
- Develop test and maintain custom views interfaces and packages.
- Support new module implementations integrate legacy data and assist with application setup.
- Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance system flexibility and costeffectiveness.
- Analyze and resolve issues in existing applications and customizations ensuring optimal system performance.
- Document business processes review projects for compliance with architectural standards and contribute to system capacity planning.
- Develop and enforce policies for system standardization software distribution and patch management.
- Work with vendors to maintain and enhance customizations while engaging with endusers and management to define business requirements and optimize system functionality.
Requirements
- A BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong experience in Enterprise or largescale SW Development in Oracle technologies
- Strong experience in Oracle R12 development including customization and integration
- Proficiency in PL/SQL Oracle Forms Reports Workflow and APIs
- Strong experience with Linux shell scripting and SQL
- Demonstrated experience with business requirements gathering and analysis
- Handson experience with data migration system architecture and performance tuning
- Ability to troubleshoot complex applications and provide technical support
- Experience working with vendors and managing software deployment processes
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders in English
Will be considered a strong asset any of the following:
- Experience with a wide range of Oracle 11i and R12 modules
- ERP experience in inventory costing bill of material routers purchasing/receiving shipping order management and financials
- Experience in BI Publisher Discoverer and Oracle Reports Oracle Apex Oracle Advanced Queuing Excel4Apps
- Certification as anOracle PL/SQL Developer OCA
