Job Description
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests.
- Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies including all glassware expendable paper and other supplies.
- Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use.
- Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed.
- Operate Jonas guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure.
- Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them.
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available.
- Prepares garnishes mixes and premixed drinks.
- Performs cleanup and closing duties as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with peers management line and front of the house employees.
- Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Experience preferred but not required
