Promotions are a key part of the Amazon flywheel: they bring excitement and value to customers drive sales for selling partners and grow Amazons longterm free cash flow (LTFCF). Experimentation automation and scalability are a core part of our mission statement. In this role you will lead the Seller Deals charter by partnering with key parts of Amazons ecommerce business: Internal clients Selling Partners Sellers Supply chain Personalization Pricing and Promotions.
The Program Manager will be responsible for establishing scalable mechanisms that allow us to efficiently source and execute promotions for our highest traffic events. An ideal candidate for this role should have proven expertise collaborating crossfunctionally building scalable mechanisms and communicating to senior stakeholders including Legal Directors and VPs.
3 years of program or project management experience 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams Bachelors Degree
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3 years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes project management and schedules
