Now were looking for a dynamic sales professional to help drive our Major Projects business with Tier 1 construction clients.

Your New Role: Strategic Sales for Landmark Projects

As a Senior Sales Consultant Major Projects youll work on largescale highvalue developments engaging directly with toptier builders developers and consultants across the construction sector. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes influence decisionmakers and align KONEs solutions with major project needs will be key to your success.

What Youll Own:

  • Driving strategic sales across multimillion dollar construction projects
  • Building and expanding relationships with top tier builders developers and key stakeholders
  • Leading endtoend sales processesfrom tendering to final negotiation and handover
  • Positioning KONE as a partner of choice through technical insights and commercial acumen
  • Collaborating with internal engineering operations and installation teams
  • Maintaining sales pipeline and reporting through Salesforce (CRM)
  • Keeping up to date with market trends project pipelines and client developments

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven track record in major project or capital equipment sales ideally in construction or engineering
  • Strong network or experience working with Tier 1 or toptier construction firms
  • Commercially savvy with an ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex negotiations
  • Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and influencing skills
  • Techliterate and detailfocused with Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Degree in business engineering construction or a related discipline (preferred)
