Job Description
Cartesian Therapeutics is reimagining Cell Therapies with promising breakthroughs to help patients with autoimmune diseases. We are looking for a Scientist that will be responsible for process development and analytical testing. The Scientist Process Development will have the unique opportunity to work on process and analytical development simultaneously as well as work with a new cuttingedge modality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently design develop and execute process development experiments (CART cell therapy) and support analytical testing.
- Supports initiatives for new technology development and continuous improvement projects.
- Independently author technical reports of studies protocols SOP and risk assessments to enable technology transfer manufacturing and IND activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Chemical Engineering Biochemistry Cell Biology or related degree with 03 years of industry experience or Masters with 35 years of industry experience.
- Experience in analytical development assay qualification and transfer
- Experience with flow cytometry cellbased assays.
- Excellent team player with good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of statistics.
- Experience with analytical assays as applied to CART therapies.
Salary Notice:
At Cartesian Therapeutics we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $100000 $129000 per year. Please note that the final salary will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to years of experience industry experience education and specific skills relevant to the role.
