Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Software Engineer Data Center Simulation with 15 years of experience in developing modeling and simulation tools for largescale missioncritical facilities. This role focuses on designing and implementing advanced software models to evaluate performance reliability cost and operational efficiency of data centers at an unprecedented scale. In this role you will work closely with technical experts across multiple domains (networking power cooling logistics construction and operations) to develop predictive simulation tools that drive design optimization operations and decisionmaking. If you are passionate about supercomputing largescale system modeling and digital twin development we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop modeling tools to evaluate data center design performance cost and operational tradeoffs from concept to operation phase.

  • Build simulation frameworks that generate Bill of Materials (BOMs) validate deliveries and provide predictive performance/reliability analysis.

  • Develop both backend modeling software and intuitive frontend visualization tools to enable datadriven decisionmaking.

  • Integrate simulation models into existing workflows from concept development to fullscale operations.

  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure modeling tools align with realworld power cooling networking and logistics constraints.

  • Leverage digital twin methodologies to create highfidelity predictive models for largescale data center infrastructure.

  • Analyze and backtest predictions improving accuracy and reliability of performance and cost modeling.

  • Think big about systemscale modeling building solutions that support the next generation of hyperscale data centers.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in supercomputing large system modeling and simulation for missioncritical infrastructure.

  • Strong experience in largescale digital twin development and predictive analytics.

  • Proven track record in modeling system development validation and verification for data centers or similarly complex environments.

  • Expertise in developing backend modeling software and building visualization tools for performance analysis.

  • Familiarity with networking power cooling logistics and data center operations.

  • Ability to quickly implement reliable software and analyze complex datasets for optimization.

  • Experience integrating simulation tools with realworld operational workflows.

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • 15 years of experience in simulation modeling for largescale data centers.

  • Extensive experience in AIdriven modeling predictive analytics and automation for missioncritical systems.

  • Familiarity with highperformance computing (HPC) environments for simulation workloads.

  • Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices data visualization and largescale infrastructure modeling.
