Hours:
A 40 hour workweek schedule with hours determined by both preference and business needs with the possibility of occassional evening or weekend hours.
Job Details
This is a customer service position assisting a diverse student population. In this role you will guide students through the financial aid process and counsel prospective and current students through funding options. Financial Advisors receive onboarding support through our On the Job Training Program and have opportunity for growth by means of our Career Pathways.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Great cutomer services skills and experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office to include: Word Excel and Outlook.
- Experience/knowledge of Student Information Systems (CampusNexus & Regent preferred).
- Title IV administration preferred.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Knowledge of military and/or military student benefits preferred.
Pay:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications experience and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program health insurance paid time off and a retirement savings plan with company match. The hourly pay range for this position is $21.30 to $28.85.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position most of the time.
- Must be able to occasionally move around the work location.
- Constantly operates office and/or teach equipment which may include computers copiers fax machines audio/visuals.
- Frequently uses voice and hearing to communicate with students staff or colleagues facetoface or over the telephone.
- Visually or otherwise identify observe and assess.
- Occasionally move carry or lift 10 pounds.
