Job Description
Schedule:
Monday through Friday Rotating shifts 8:00 am 5:00 pm and 9:00 am 6:00 pm
Two Saturdays per month 10:00 AM 4:00 PM

What Youll Do:
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Help customers with account setup service changes billing questions and general inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and services
- Upsell relevant products and services based on customer interests
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and problemsolving
Who You Are:
- A strong communicator whos confident friendly and professional
- Highly organized detailoriented and great at multitasking
- A problemsolver who thrives in a fastpaced environment
- Techcomfortable and open to learning new tools and systems
- A team player with a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications broadband or customer service
- Interest in technology networking or IT
- Ambition to grow into future technical or operations roles
A background check and drug screening are required.
