Under the supervision of the Manager the Distributor Service Analyst will administer the Field Service Department policies to consistently achieve desired service levels. This role will communicate directly with corporate account customers and distributors to manage expedite and achieve startup and service functions on time and withing budget. The Distributor Service Analyst will provide a gracious service experience to ensure future sales performance success.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Field Service Corporate Account Plan to meet customer commissioning objectives.

  • Ensure forecasted commissioning schedule is adhered to and achieved.

  • Actively engage distribution and the Corporate Account Sales team to achieve commissioning objectives.

  • Manage data collection documentation and analysis to support and achieve department corporate account objectives.

  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with KPS Field Service and Distributor personnel to meet customer commissioning objectives.

  • Assist corporate account coordinators to expedite scheduled commissioning efforts.

  • Work with Sales Accounting and Engineering to resolve customer and distributor product issues.

  • Work with distribution to resolve scheduling and invoicing issues.

  • Review and process warranty claims related commissioning efforts on product and installation issues.

  • Work with Engineering Sales Marketing Warranty and Technical Publications by reviewing and providing input as necessary on the development improvement and updating of commissioning documents forms and startup checklist.

  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors to meet customer needs and achieve department objectives.

  • Work with third party installers and manage the commissioning process to meet customer requirements.

  • Work with vendor regional area and site managers to resolve product and schedule issues related to installation and scheduling.

  • Work with other external vendors as necessary to achieve customer and department objectives.

  • Distribute key performance indicators Ensure distribution understands and adheres to performance metrics

  • Create and maintain ontime and onbudget commissioning metrics.

  • Manage and track commissioning schedule and completions.

  • Report deliverables and performance metrics to Manager Field Service and the business as required.

  • Create opportunities to improve commissioning and service .

  • Seek and identify opportunities to innovate and improve products and processes that improve performance customer relationships or customer experience.

  • Coordinate crossfunctionally with other KPS departments and associates to innovate and improve products and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 13 years experience in service coordination and service scheduling in a technical or industrial manufacturing field.

  • Service coordination and scheduling experience in a power production field preferred.

  • A moderate understanding of generators engines automatic transfer switches and related controls is preferred.

  • Candidate should be a professional with a passion for Service and growth.

  • Must be proactive have a positive attitude be goal driven be highly organized and have an analytical mind.

  • Must have strong problemsolving skills research capabilities and ability to multitask in a high energy environment.

  • Experience with typical software tools such as Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Excel Microsoft Visio and other digital communication and presentation tools strongly recommended.

  • Must have excellent communications skills.

The Salary range for this position is $56900.00$ specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location.
