The Role
- Advises & counsels businesses and executives on employment matters.
- Litigate highstakes employment disputes including wrongful termination discrimination harassment and wage and hour claims.
- Manage Cases from inception to resolution including depositions drafting discovery and motion practice.
- Strategize & Advocate in court proceedings negotiations and mediations.
