The Sales Associates main responsibility is to provide assistance to Business Development Managers (BDM) team members as needed. Additionally the Sales Associate is responsible for working with staff members from other departments to optimize American Exports (AmEx) sales performance. This role provides support to the BDMs regarding daytoday duties such as: follow up on POs from customers connect with CS&L on the delivery of those POs identifying incremental opportunities for revenue analyzing sellin and sellout trends for Distributors suggesting action plans to leverage opportunities or mitigating risks. Ensure of merchandising guidelines and inventory control practices via the distributor team. Support and follow up with CP&A regarding promos and POS activations according company policies and procedures leading the construction and JVPs and ensuring customers are in adherence to the agreement reviewing billbacks invoices ensuring proper backups are included to process payment and ensuring proper tracking of MDLZ investment by customer.

Work schedule: This is a fulltime hybrid position based in Coral Gables FL with minimum inoffice expectation of 2 days per week.
The base salary range for this position is $77300 to $106100; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget. In addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
