The North American Sales Strategy Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Operations Lead for the Financial Services Industry. The candidate for this role is a key business stakeholder and partner for sales leadership and will play a key role in supporting the gotomarket strategy. The candidate for this role is expected to work cross functionally to help the organization successfully land and execute against a set of strategic priorities.
The candidate for this role will support the rhythm of the business activities such as Annual Planning Forecasting Operational Strategy Monthly Business Reviews Quarterly Business Reviews and other cadenced reporting and metrics.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong business and financial acumen broad technical skills sales and marketing expertise and be very comfortable diving deep into data. This is a handson position the ideal candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves.
This position works with the several stakeholders supporting the extended Enterprise Sales organization such as Business Development Marketing Professional Services and the Partner team. The candidate for this role must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and nontechnical stakeholders as well as across other geographies.

10 years of Microsoft Excel experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM variable compensation revenue reporting forecasting Salesforce automation etc.
Experience defining refining and implementing sales processes procedures and policies or equivalent
Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
Experience presenting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
