The Key Carrier will assist management in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers while coordinating daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes orders and payments). The candidate most qualified for the role must be efficient courteous and possess excellent customer service skills. In addition the Key Carrier should have a strong work ethic with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to providing excellent service while maintaining additional supervisor responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Assist the management in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes orders and payments)
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
Suggest sales training programs and techniques
Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
Handle complaints from customers
Research emerging products and use information to update the stores merchandise
Enforce adherence to companys policies and guidelines
Act as stores representative and set an example for staff
Processes return transactions
Education & Skills
Proven experience as a member of management or similar position
Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes
Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
Leadership and organizational abilities
Interpersonal and communication skills
Problemsolving attitude
01 years management/leadership experience (preferred)
12 years retail experience (preferred)
High School Diploma GED or equivalent
Hours & Compensation
Able to work a flexible schedule: evenings weekends and holidays required
Part time hours available
$15/hour or commensurate with experience
