Make a difference as an Aquatic coordinator/Trainer
Are you ready to make a splash in your career As our Aquatic Coordinator/Trainer with the YMCA of Greater Toledo youll help lead in recruiting training and certifying lifeguards and swim instructors who will safeguard our poolside fun! Youll be the superstar behind the scenes completing required documentation to keep our operations smooth as a cannonball! Plus as you hire and onboard new aquatics staff in the district youll shape the future of our aquatic programs.

Would you be a great Aquatic Coordinator/Trainer
To thrive as an Aquatic Coordinator/Trainer with the YMCA of Greater Toledo youll need a blend of skills that make you the perfect aquatic ambassador! A Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred along with 1 year of experience will set you up for success. Your lifeguard and additional aquatic certifications are essential showcasing your expertise and commitment to safety. Were looking for a leader with a positive history of guiding othersafter all youll be nurturing the next generation of aquatic stars! Youll also need to be able to drive to multiple branches of the Y.
Proficiency in software tools for documentation and training is also key ensuring you can manage the behindthescenes elements effortlessly.
