Noblis is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (MidLevel) with an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI in Springfield VA
As an Instructional Systems Designer at Noblis youll work with subject matter experts scientists and clients to capture learning requirements and recommend solutions to advance their mission effectiveness. Leveraging learnercentric principles to design the experience youll design synchronous asynchronous material and performance support tools that most effectively improve performance while minimizing impact to time away from mission for learners. Building from ADDIE and SAM models your expertise and creativity will result in new ideas to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences. Your expert communications skills will be critical as you meet regularly with stakeholders to solicit ideas gather information ideate on innovative delivery techniques and incorporate collected feedback throughout the development process. To ensure learning solutions delivered are meaningful and meeting expectations you will collect and analyze results using various evaluation methodologies namely the Kirkpatrick Model then assess and implement adjustments to learning solutions to maximize continuous improvement. Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or Masters degree and 3 years of experience

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contractspecific affordability organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or oncall staff compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important its just one component of Noblis total compensation package.
