Are you a seasoned Director of Construction ready to step up and make your mark on Torontos evolving rental landscape An innovative real estate developer known for delivering thoughtfully designed purposebuilt rental communities across the GTA are looking for a Vice President Constructionan exciting opportunity for a handson leader to take the next step and become a key voice at the table.
In this role youll serve as the owners representative guiding projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with the VP Development youll bridge the gap between development and construction providing strategic insight from the early planning phases while advocating for quality costefficiency and constructability through to occupancy.
What Youll Be Responsible For:

What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Act as the primary construction advisor to the internal Development Management team.
- Embed construction insight throughout the lifecyclefrom design feasibility and budget planning to construction delivery and handover.
- Serve as the owners lead with external construction managers ensuring alignment on schedule cost and build quality.
- Troubleshoot active projects and guide best practices across procurement and delivery.
- Help develop internal standards and contribute to building a scalable construction platform as the portfolio grows.
- Purpose with impact. Youll be part of shaping vibrant longterm rental communities designed to meet the needs of modern urban living.
- You represent the owner. Work directly with consultants CMs and city partnersnot to build for them but to protect the developers vision budget and interests.
- Early influence lasting results. Your input matters from day onedesign scheduling budgeting and .
