We are seeking a strategic and datadriven Director of Pricing to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability while ensuring market competitiveness. This role will lead a highperforming team and drive pricing initiatives across multiple channels including online instore retail and B2B. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in pricing analytics competitive intelligence and crossfunctional collaboration to achieve revenue growth and margin improvement.
Develop & Implement Pricing Strategies: Design and execute datadriven pricing strategies to enhance profitability market share and competitiveness across all sales channels.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends competitor pricing and customer behaviors to inform pricing decisions.
Price Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics and pricing software to optimize product pricing promotions and discounting strategies tailored to each channel.
Margin Management: Ensure gross margin improvement while achieving sales targets.
Competitive Intelligence: Gather and analyze industry pricing data to maintain a competitive edge.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
Price Elasticity & Demand Analysis: Conduct indepth analyses to determine appropriate pricing levels for various products and services.
A/B Testing & Pilot Programs: Evaluate pricing changes impact on sales and profitability across different markets.
Governance & Compliance: Establish pricing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all operations.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop a highperforming pricing team.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field (Masters preferred).
7 years of experience in pricing strategy preferably in online instore retail and B2B environments.
Proven track record of implementing pricing initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in pricing software and analytics tools.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Regular walking standing hearing and talking.
Occasional stooping kneeling or crouching.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
Use of computer and office equipment required.
Noise levels vary from quiet office settings to louder construction environments.
Occasional exposure to dust or minor hazards in construction environments.
