Job Summary: The Assistant Property Manager maintains the property assigned and performs all related management functions including but not limited to coordinating leasing and marketing efforts approving movein files promoting lease renewals resident relations team building and any other duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor.


Reports to: Regional Property Supervisor

Location: 426432 S New Hampshire Ave. Los Angeles CA 90020

Position Type: Fulltime

Pay rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Schedule: ThursdayMonday (Tuesday and Wednesday off) open to schedule change

Unit: Open for Onsite or Offsite

Studio unit (free rent)

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in Property Management
  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced everchanging work environment
  • Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs and Yardi Voyager
  • A friendly outgoing personality & the ability to interact with a variety of personality types
  • Flexibility and ability to identify problems and offer solutions
  • Collaborate with Resident Services Provider
