What you will do:

• As a Senior Data Scientist youll drive and play a vital role in building a culture of innovation at Ralliant. You will build manage and inspire alongside a multifunctional team that solves for our toughest growth obstacles.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to understand their business needs formulate and complete endtoend review that include: data gathering review scaled deliverables recommendations and presentations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to a wide variety of technical projects using GenAI Computer vision natural language processing statistical analysis machinelearning and other forms of analytical modeling.

This opportunity could be for you if:

• Hold a bachelors degree (or its equivalent) in computerscience/informationtheory/languagetechnologies or a related field is required and a Master or PhD is preferred
• Have 810 years of relevant experience in the field of AI/ML.
• Lead endtoend data science projects from problem definition and data collection to model development and deployment.
• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to analyze large complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Explore and implement advanced statistical techniques to uncover trends patterns and correlations in data.
• Develop predictive models and forecasting algorithms to support decisionmaking and drive business growth.
• Evaluate model performance and make recommendations for model improvements and optimizations.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in data science machine learning and AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in applying data science techniques to realworld business problems.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python SQL and familiarity with data manipulation and visualization libraries (e.g. pandas matplotlib seaborn).
• Strong knowledge of GenAI machine learning algorithms deep learning techniques and statistical modelling.
• Model Understanding: Deep understanding of the language model architecture being used (e.g. GPT3 BERT) and how it generates responses. Azure Open AI resource knowledge is a must.
• Experience with big data technologies and platforms (e.g. Hadoop Spark) and cloud computing services (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientists.
