Job Description
The Business Analyst will be a key driver in transforming business processes through technology. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements from various stakeholders recommending effective and optimal solutions and documenting proposed implementations. The Business Analyst will lead and prioritize projects to ensure timely delivery facilitate system implementations drive user adoption and provide ongoing user support.
The successful candidate will focus on improving internal and external applications such as digital customer selfservice portals order processing systems and enterprise applications while ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic objectives.
