We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join Marsh in our Cyber Claims and Incident Management team in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement to work three days per week in the office.

The role: Cyber Claims Advocate

Marsh is seeking a dedicated Cyber Claims Advocate to join our dynamic Cyber Claims and Incident Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity for Claims Specialists or individuals with 13 years of experience in Cyber Claims to enhance their career in a fastpaced environment.

This role offers the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and develop your cyber subject matter expertise while working in a supportive and growing team. If you are passionate about your profession and eager to grow we want to hear from you!

We will rely on you to:

  • Triage cyber incidents ensuring clients receive urgent specialist advice and support to mitigate loss and maximize coverage outcomes.
  • Provide proactive tailored claim guidance throughout the lifecycle of complex claims managing client expectations effectively.
  • Engage with primary and excess insurers advocating for clients through submissions and escalation meetings as necessary.
  • Respond to client and broker queries regarding policy coverage and cyber incident response preincident/loss.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and creating visually appealing content and presentations.

What you need to have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Minimum of 12 years experience within commercial / corporate / cyber claims environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating critical thinking.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within a team as a selfstarter being proactive responsive and resourceful.
  • Flexibility to manage changing priorities in a highpressure deadlinedriven environment.

What makes you stand out:

  • A degree is preferred with experience in data privacy cyber incident management or response services being a plus.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues clients and carriers.
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently while bringing solutions and ideas to the firm.
  • Experience dealing with London Markets would be advantageous.
