In addition to inTulsa the other programs under the Experience Tulsa umbrella include Tulsa Remote Tulsa Service Year and Campus Tulsa and are all economic development initiatives supported by the George Kaiser Family Foundation. Over the next few years we hope to support other key community partners in building up Tulsa to be the most welcoming place for newcomers while increasing social capital communitybuilding and networking opportunities for all Tulsans.
Position Purpose
The Candidate Readiness Advisor plays a key role in supporting the development and success of candidates throughout their professional journey. This individual will assist in planning and executing a variety of readiness events including workshops networking sessions and training programs tailored to meet the unique needs of candidates at different career stages. The Advisor will facilitate engaging events lead discussions and deliver presentations while also providing personalized oneonone guidance to help candidates achieve their career goals. Working closely with the Candidate Readiness Manager they will contribute to the creation and refinement of content ensuring that all materials remain relevant to industry trends and skill demands. The Advisor will track candidate engagement analyze progress metrics and use feedback to continuously improve programs. Additionally they will foster relationships with external organizations mentors and speakers to enhance event quality and expand resources. This role requires a dynamic proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about empowering candidates to succeed in their careers.
Core Responsibilities
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in human resources education communications or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered
2 years of experience in training workforce development event coordination and similar roles
Experience in facilitating or supporting professional development programs is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and executing events
