Hiring: Founding Engineer AI Voice Tech Berlin (Onsite)
Im hiring on behalf of a VCbacked AI startup in Berlin thats reinventing how businesses handle voice communication using AIpowered agents.
Theyve already hit sixfigure ARR recently closed a multimillion euro round and are now looking for a Founding Engineer to help shape the product tech and culture from the ground up.
Youll work directly with the founding team to build 01 features influence technical decisions and take full ownership of what you ship.
Stack: TypeScript React Postgres
Stage: Early traction Seed funded by world renowned VCs
Offer: 70k120k base 0.31 equity
