Job Description
As a Store Manager you will empower your team to achieve outstanding operational results while delivering outstanding customer service.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and work onsite 100 of the time in Olive Branch MS (Goodman Rd) Store.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profit plan by controlling expenses working capital inventory shrinkage and growing net contribution.
- Focus on customer service by ensuring that high service standards are maintained.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of associate engagement through leadership by training mentoring motivating and resolving associate issues.
- Maintain understanding of local market operationsbased selling and customer base.
- Ensure that the appearance of the stores exterior and interior including merchandizing displays are maintained to required standards.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent certification with 1 years of retail store experience required; knowledge of application and use of paint and sundries is desirable.
- Experience with computers and Internet applications required.
- Must work flexible shifts and hours minimum 45 hours required per week; must have a valid drivers license.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 4060 pounds routinely.
- Must consent to a background investigation drug test and motor vehicle record check.
