What is the role:
We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative AE for the German Market. As an ISR AE you will play a pivotal role in driving business across highpriority large/strategic Enterprise. This role is aligned with Senior Account Executives in the region and is central to our growth strategy uncovering and capitalising on new and expansion opportunities within existing accounts subsidiaries. To excel in this job at Elastic you should possess a talent for rapidly building trust gaining customer insights teamplay and translating needs into compelling product value stories.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Driving awareness and demand for Elastic solutions within a specified set of Enterprise Accounts in the German Market
- Acting as a champion for our cuttingedge technologies including GenAI Vector Search Security and Observability.
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within existing accounts through your original strategies incoming leads personal efforts contacts and partnerships with regional players.
- Identifying and qualifying new opportunities across white space account by leveraging your creativity inbound lead flows personal prospecting efforts contacts existing accounts and partnerships.
- Crafting and implementing a strategic prospecting strategy for daily to gain introductions solve business challenges and effectively position Elastics technology.
- Collaborating crossfunctionally with our sales development marketing partner product and customer service teams to yield unparalleled results.
- Engaging with customers to uncover new business opportunities steering them through the sales process and finalizing complex deals.
- Crafting a solid business plan utilizing tools such as Salesforce Clari Outreach and ZoomInfo.
What You Bring With You:
- 2 years sales experience within the software industry.
- Proven and also consistent track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions and deploying a sales approach that has led to the successful growth and management of both existing and new customers as well as new use cases.
- Reliable forecasting abilities with a consistent track record of success in weekly monthly and quarterly projections.
- A passion for initiating and cultivating customer relationships along with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team to attain extraordinary outcomes.
- Technological proficiency strong business insight and supreme communication skills including written oral negotiation and presentation abilities
- Fluent in German and English is essential.
