Overview
IST Managements Corporate Facilities team is actively seeking PartTime Corporate Groundskeeper for our Headquarters in East Atlanta GA! Ideal candidates will be reliable friendly and live within commutable distance of ISTs headquarters on Moreland Avenue.

Compensation:$15.0015.00 per hour
Location: Candidates will need to live in commutable distance of IST Managements corporate office Parking is free!

Schedule: 8:30am 1:30pm 3 days per week (Monday Friday) flexibility in scheduled days offered
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick up trash on premises and in creek
- Empty outside trash containers
- Blow off breezeway parking lot walking path
- Trim trees and bushes
- General planting
- Basic painting as needed
- Pressure washing upon request
- Assist Facilities Manager as directed
Qualifications
To be considered for this position you must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- US authorization to work for any employer
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively; time management abilities
- Ability to walk stoop and stand for extended periods of time; lifting up to 50 lbs as necessary
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Clear communication abilities both verbal and written
