Senior Project Manager Water/Wastewater
Minimum Experience: 10 years
Education: B.S. in Civil Environmental or Water Resources Engineering (ABET Accredited)
Registration: Professional Engineer (PE)

Join an established and respected A/E firm where collaboration and employee input are valued. Our Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager Water/Wastewater to support their growing operations in Orlando Florida.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a Senior Project Manager and/or technical subject matter expert for key water/wastewater clients and projects in the Orlando area.
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities and manage projects using both traditional and alternative delivery methods.
Support business development efforts including the preparation of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and participation in client interviews.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior design staff.
Oversee project delivery ensuring highquality outcomes within budget and on schedule.
Foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an ABETaccredited program in Civil Environmental or Water Resources Engineering (or equivalent).
Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Florida or the ability to obtain via reciprocity.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering.
Prior experience managing engineering projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with Bluebeam and Revit is a plus.
DBIA certification and familiarity with DesignBuild project delivery is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
Selfmotivated and adaptable with a willingness to learn and utilize virtual collaboration tools.
