We are now looking for you a senior Contract Manager to join our ITCompliance team in Lund to further empower our team. If you havestrong personal drive high detail focus and developed communication skills then this is something for you!

Who is your future team

IT Compliance belongs to IT Governance and we are a team of specialists that collaborate crossfunctional in Axis as well as with stakeholders of global spread. We are specialists in privacy (GDPR) in information security compliance frameworks and in contract management related to of the ITCompliance team responsibility is also tostaycompliant with international regulations and standards (ISO27001 etc) leading to that we actively coach the Axis organization and shares recommendation of corrective actions with objective to continuously improve Axis security posture.

What youll do here as Contract Manager ITCompliance

You are a guide and an expert. You help managers and contract owners with your expertise to get their software and systems in place. You have extensive knowledge in contracts agreements as well as related processes like negotiations to get the work done.

• Contract reviews:You identify and assess risks in contracts high focus on risks related privacy and information security delivery quality and pricing of ITsystems. You secure that contracts are aligned with internal policies as well as external regulations and standards with high focus on data protection privacy and information security.
  
• Contract negotiations:You are responsible to support negotiations of sustainable and fair contracts for ITsystems. You work proactively to minimize risks for Axis whilst securing compliance with internal and external legislations and polices.
  
• Communication and collaboration with internal and external partners:You are working closely with other departments in Axis e.g. IT finance human resources operations and legal to secure all business needs are considered in the contracts as well as the contracst are aligned with Axis company objectives. You are also the primary contact for external suppliers partners and customers during the negotiation phase requiring you to establish and maintain sustainable relationships.
  

Who are we looking for

You have a thorough experience from working as Contract Manager of ITsystems where identification and assessment of privacy and information security risk(s) as well as negotiation are a natural part your work. You have working knowledge from legal or purchasing roles are seen as a merit. You are capable of managing prioritizing and align tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Wed love to hear that you have/are:

• A good communicator with strong people and networking skills
• Excellent in Swedish and English both written and spoken
• Experienced and comfortable to navigate in global organizations
• Selfdriven and a responsive team player
