About the role
As Group Tax Reporting Controller youll play a key role in connecting the dots between Tax Accounting and ESG.
Reporting to the Group Head of Tax youll work across teams and countries to ensure our tax reporting is accurate forwardlooking and aligned with our values.
Youll take ownership of the Groups tax reporting and forecasting processes supporting everything from IFRStolocal book reconciliations to deferred tax calculations and corporation tax forecasting. Youll also help guide subsidiaries through the tax reporting cycle ensuring consistency and clarity across regions.
In close collaboration with the different teams youll contribute to BEPS Pillar 2 and CbCR reporting helping us stay compliant while supporting our broader sustainability commitments.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Audit IFRS to local books and local books to tax differences
Coordinating tax data collection across subsidiaries.
Supporting tax forecasting and provision processes.
Coaching and advising finance teams across our countries on tax reporting best practices.
Responding to tax reporting questions to external auditors and ensuring transparency.
Youll also be part of crossfunctional initiatives lending your expertise to special projects that shape the future of how we work with tax across the Group.
What you bring
Were looking for someone who combines solid technical knowledge with a natural ability to connect and collaborate.
You probably have a background in accounting finance or tax with a few years experience in audit tax authority work or corporate tax reporting.
You understand the ins and outs of tax accounting and financial reporting and youre comfortable navigating international tax regulations. But just as importantly you know how to translate complexity into clarity whether youre coaching colleagues preparing reports or jumping into a crossfunctional project.
Youre at ease working in systems like Oracle or Alteryx and you communicate fluently in English.
But beyond the tools and titles what sets you apart is your ability to bring people along to build bridges between teams and to create a sense of shared purpose in the work you do.
