Opportunity

Were looking for a DSP Media Specialist to join our team as part of our Client Services function. The DSP Media Specialist works within our media team and supports our Media Managers to create monitor and track programmatic advertising campaigns for our clients on Amazon and OmniChannel Retailers. Programmatic advertising continues to gain momentum around the world with programmatic media purchases making up 85 of all digital ad spending in the US and just over 80 in Europe. The DSP Specialist will have the opportunity to learn Amazons DSP platform from the ground up working with some of the countrys top brands and advertisers. This position is an excellent choice for the analytically minded individual whos curious a selfstarter and eager to dig in and understand this massive opportunity.

What youll do:

  • Create monitor and track DSP display & video campaigns and budget pacing
  • Develop and manage daily weekly and monthly reporting analytics and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with Media Managers and the rest of the team to learn campaign management best practices and campaign optimization levers
  • Build out key metric reports track progress and trends and effectively communicate campaign results and insights during reporting calls
  • Create test measure and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behavior for improved outcomes
  • Work crossfunctionally with different stakeholders across the media and ecommerce teams
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and platform updates flagging potentially relevant updates for clients to broader Flywheel team to identify implications and recommended action
  • Continuously support the development and improvement of operational processes within the team to drive efficiency

Who you are:

  • You have experience in campaign management and digital advertising specifically with Amazon Advertising or The Trade Desk preferred but not required
  • You are proficient in using tools such as Excel or thirdparty platforms to extract and interpret data
  • You have a strong acumen for understanding new processes information and data and using this to help assist the team and improve existing processes
  • You possess excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • You thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment and can work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You have great attention to detail with a focus on delivering highquality work
