As a GSS Change Implementation Manager you champion change. Your mission will be to enhance operational efficiency to implement initiatives impacting the process improvement to support the growth of GSS operations. Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business youll be dynamic and proactive in ensuring that all operational workflows are covered. Youll work alongside the GSS ACEs and Benchmarking team to identify and plan improvement initiatives for design production and campaign operations. Youll work with operations to gather bottom up initiatives and alongside GSS ACEs & Benchmarking to implement centrallyled improvements. You will identify and drive quick wins whilst always having an eye on the longterm vision of the business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in parallel supporting the daytoday initiatives and planning for future growth. You are a strong communicator building relationships with Ops Management and central teams to implement initiatives. You will influence and present solutions to ops leadership. You will be initially responsible for the implementation of ongoing improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for setting up the framework for onsite continuous improvement ensuring that methodologies are globally standardized and in line with the GSS Global Efficiency Program governance. The candidate will also demonstrate high bias for action as the role is new the individual will need to be able to define further parameters for their role based on the business need.
In this role you will be accountable for establishing the onsite improvement mechanisms for operations standing up the day to day tracking and implementation of initiatives. This will include working with site operations and GSS Global Efficiency Program partners to intake plan and deliver all relevant initiatives points for short and longterm improvements. You will be responsible for delivering on productivity speed and capacity benefits to the operations.
Key job responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Leading the onsite implementation of continuous improvement projects/strategies aligned with organizational goals by working closely with internal partnering functions of Global Shared ServicesPrime Video.
Lead and mentor onsite crossfunctional teams in improvement projects.
Create and maintain a culture of onsite continuous improvement.
Track and report KPIs and project outcomes to senior management and internal partnering functions.
Process Improvement within operations:
Identify areas for improvement through data analysis and process mapping.
Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions.
Standardize best practices across the global organization by collaborating with internal process partners.
Change Management
Represent the onsite operations team as the Change Champion.
Lead process change initiatives within operations by ensuring sustainable improvements.
Work with GSS to balance stakeholder expectations and operational requirements.
Communicate changes effectively and address resistance to change.
Project Management
Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
Set project scope timelines and resource requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met.
Coordinate with stakeholders across GSS departments.
Report project status to the GSS Global Efficiency Programs and Ops Leadership.
Collaborate with the Knowledge Management Team (KMT) on continuous improvement methodologies training programs and coach employees on problemsolving techniques.
Develop internal CI champions and project leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field
5 years of experience in continuous improvement roles
Experience in leading projects
Knowledge of CI methodologies (Lean 6 Sigma Kaizen etc.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in process mapping and analysis statistical analysis
Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
Working knowledge using MS Excel MS Project Salesforce or equivalent tools.
SQL/Tableau/PowerBI knowledge is a strong plus.
