Overview

The Integrated Care Supervisor provides direct oversight to nonclinical team members. This includes managing home visiting requirements coordinating with team members to maximize efficiency establishing relationships with community partners and engaging with team members to execute process improvement projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive and compassionate leader who is skilled in community outreach and will ensure our programs are safely and effectively meeting the needs of our team while creating positive outcomes for families. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills the ability to manage priorities effectively and adapt to changing circumstances a commitment to high productivity and integrity in all professional encounters.

New employees must be willing to be vaccinated if found nonimmune to measles mumps rubella (MMR) and chicken pox (varicella) and/or without evidence of tetanus diphtheria acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccination since 2005. If you are selected for this position you will be asked to supply your immunization records as proof of vaccination. If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Personnel Management
  • Oversee nonclinical functions to ensure compliance with all delegation agreement terms state federal and NCQA requirements.
  • Direct Practice
  • Actively participate as a member of the leadership team and represent the team when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and 35 years experience Foster care health plan care management or leadership or
  • HS diploma or equivalent and working toward a bachelors degree and 57 years experience Foster care health plan care management or leadership
  • Drivers license Required Upon Hire
