Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Manager Operational Excellencewill be based in Pune
Flex is seeking an enthusiastic and communicative Operational Excellence Project Manager to lead our innovation projects. This role involves managing transformation projects with a focus on understanding new technologies such as AI and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to learn and adapt.
What A Typical Day Looks Like:
- Lead and manage innovation projects that enhance operational excellence across the organization.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement new ways of working and streamline processes.
- Be prepared to provide innovative solutions to operational challenges
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorm sessions aimed at innovating processes and solutions.
- Ability to work on projects from scratch/concept stage to drive the project to completion
- Drive projects leverage project management skillsets to manage team projects
- Manage team of project managers and resources supporting similar activities across geographies
- Ensure steady project progress resource allocation people management
- Foster strong communication and collaboration skills to bring people together and drive project success across diverse teams and time zones.
- Monitor project progress track performance metrics and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Work on process modeling and Concepts and be able to visualize and present this to Leaders in our Organization.
- Complete documentation and communication around compliance activities
The Experience were Looking to Add to The Team:
- 8 years of experience in operations engineering or production environments is essential Preferably EMS industry.
- Requires a bachelors degree
- Experience of managing a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Extreme comfort on advanced Microsoft office tools
- Introduction and basic knowledge on machine learning AI and related IT concepts is preferred
- Familiarity with EMS industry and shop floor activities is preferred
- Basic to intermediate project management skills
- Strong social skills and the ability to effectively communicate and engage with team members at all levels.
- Fluency in English is required with the ability to work across different time zones.
- An agile thinker who can approach challenges creatively and collaboratively.
- Strong skills in both written and verbal communication.
- Able to work independently on multiple projects with great project time management.
