A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIT SPECIALIST / SALES ASSOCIATE
As a Fit Specialist / Sales Associate you provide a service that has been the cornerstone of our business for the past 106 years. It is your goal to make a friend and find the perfect fit for our customers. You communicate with them in a positive engaging and authentic manner to develop relationships and build loyalty. With a personalized approach you measure feet suggest shoe styles and help customers try on different shoes until they find the perfect pair. You share information about store events new merchandise and shoe parties as well as enroll customers in our rewards program. Your expert shoe knowledge and customer service skills help you to meet and exceed sales goals. You love meeting new people each day and seeing your hard work reflected in your paycheck!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIT SPECIALIST / SALES ASSOCIATE
- Sales ability
- Ability to use a pointofsale system
- Outgoing personality
Experience in sales retail or customer service would be a plus. Do you love shoes Can you easily establish a good rapport with people Are you a true team player If yes you might just be perfect for this footwear position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This retail position typically works a mix of day and evening shifts 40 hours per week. Our store closes at 7 pm on weekdays 6 pm on Saturdays and 5 pm on Sundays. Our stores are closed on all major Holidays.
