Job Description
Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a fulltime Accounts Payable Manager in our Finance department at our Taylorsville location.
Our ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of accounting experience prior to the position superior attention to detail excellent organizational skills strong planning and problemsolving skills excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate for this position needs to be proficient in Excel.
Job Type: Fulltime 40 hours weekly.
Pay: Salary $65000 to $70000 per year
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Accounting Accounts Payable or equivalent experience preferred
Experience with Sage 100 accounting software
Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
The Accounts Payable Managers responsibilities include:
Oversee the full accounts payable process including invoice processing approval workflows and payment disbursement.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth communication and resolve any payment disputes or issues.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices purchase orders and employee reimbursements.
Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payments to avoid late fees and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Perform monthend and yearend closing procedures related to accounts payable.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies or vendor inquiries.
Compiling analyzing and reporting financial information to management.

The salary range listed is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience education and/or skill level.
