Were searching for an experienced Title Clerk to join our dealership family!
Qualified candidates with prior experience as a Title Clerk in the automotive industry will be considered first. Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume dealership coupled with an adaptable skillset and a positive demeanor are highly valued attributes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing license and title documents accurately and efficiently
- Submitting all legal transfer documents to the Department of Licensing (DOL)
- Administering all title processing for auction transactions
- Preparing checks to reimburse Buyers for anyDOL fees incurred
- Processing all necessary documents for wholesaled units
- Collecting payments from Wholesalers in a timely manner
- Working with accounting team at monthend to ensure a timely close

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of Title Administration experience is required
- Must hold a notary certification or be willing and able to obtain it upon hire
- Dealership experience is strongly preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and preemployment drug screen
