We are looking for an Office & HR Operations Coordinator to play a vital role in maintaining a wellfunctioning and engaging office environment supporting close to 200 hybrid employees while also supporting key HR operational processes. This position will ensure that office administration employee experience and HR operations within the office run smoothly creating a positive and efficient workplace for all Vancouverbased employees while also remotely supporting employees based in the Toronto office.

This role requires someone who is willing to work in the Vancouver office 5 days a week MondayFriday. The ideal candidate will bring high energy and a positive attitude and will be highly detailoriented resourceful and peoplefocused. They should enjoy fostering a harmonious work environment by collaborating creatively with our Sr. People Ops and Employee Engagement Specialist to develop inoffice engagement activities that align with Prenuvos drycompany health and wellnessfocused culture.

What Youll Do

Office & Facilities Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all officerelated needs ensuring a wellmaintained organized and stocked office space.
  • Oversee office supplies vendor relationships and facility services including liaising with property management and external service providers.
  • Coordinate office events team meetings and support the Employee Engagement Specialist with employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail shipments and deliveries as needed.
  • Support health & safety protocols ensuring compliance with workplace regulations.

HR Operations & Employee Experience Support

  • Support daytoday HR operations including onboarding offboarding and managing employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in HR systems ensuring data is entered correctly and promptly.
  • Work closely with Sr. HR OPs and Payroll & Benefits team to help process employee paperwork assist with benefits enrollment and support the implementation of HR policies.
  • Help organize and schedule new hire orientation sessions and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and welcoming start for new team members.
  • Assist in monitoring and updating HR compliance documents such as employee handbooks policy updates and acknowledgment forms.

General Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership and crossfunctional teams as needed.
  • Assist with reporting scheduling and document management to support business operations.
  • Help streamline internal processes and operational efficiencies across office and HR functions.

What Youll Bring

  • 2 years of experience in office administration HR coordination or operationsrelated roles.
  • High energy peopleoriented with a proactive and positive demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with employees across all levels.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite and HRIS platforms (e.g. Rippling Workday ADP).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience coordinating office logistics vendor management and employee events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in HR operations or peoplerelated functions.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced or highgrowth environment.
  • HR certification (e.g. CHRP PHR SHRMCP) a nice to have but not required.

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $65000 $78500 in local currency depending upon experience
