Position Details:
Temporary 6month duration Fulltime 40 hrs/week days 7am 3:30pm.
Position Summary:
Maintain grounds and landscape on the facility campus including snow removal and deicing during winter months.
Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current Class C Oregon Drivers License Required. Maintain clean driving record.
Experience:
Previous experience preferred.
Job Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge of operation of hand/power tools and equipment used in grounds keeping; basic grounds maintenance procedures including mowing edging raking and weeding; winter grounds maintenance procedures including plowing & shoveling snow and deicing; methods equipment and materials used in gardening and grounds keeping work; health & safety regulations. Ability to perform duties as assigned. Able to use a variety of tools and machines utilized in basic trade and operate equipment safely and effectively. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Selfstarter. Strong time management skills. Ability to work with little to no supervision. Complete tasks in a safe and timely manner following all codes and regulations.

Successful completion of 500hour probationary period.
