About the Position:
The Human Resources Associate is a highly visible role at Autism Spectrum Interventions and requires the individual to be professional and courteous to all clients potential clients ASI staff funding source professionals and other individuals that he/she may come into contact with. This individual is responsible for assisting in all Human Resources and Administration responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Understand and use basic computer operations; including MS Word Excel and PowerPoint programs
- Complete and pass livescan fingerprint check
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
Job Description:
- Assists with conducting new hire orientations.
- Updates ASI office software including CodeMetro (NPA) RethinkBH and EaseCentral systems.
- Provides guidance to staff in connection to issues with payroll HR or ASI policy related issues.
- Performs employee related file audits to ensure all required documentation is current.
- Assists with all employee events including special events social activities and monthly ASI events.
- Tracks staff certifications including RBTs BCBAs CPIs.
- Communicates ASI staff communications via email or text for the Human Resources Manager/Office Manager the Executive Clinical Director and Clinical Director as requested.
- Maintains all ASI employee files ensuring filing on a timely basis.
- Assists as back up receptionist.
- Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources/Office Manager
