Lincoln IT a leading provider of technology solutions and managed services is seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and evolve the companys financial operations. This senior executive role is ideal for an experienced financial leader with a strong background in accounting and operational finance particularly in fastpaced serviceoriented or projectbased environments.

As CFO you will be responsible for all financial and accounting functions including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Payroll Reporting and financial planning. Youll play a pivotal role in supporting Lincoln ITs continued growth and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities including AP AR payroll reporting and budgeting

• Lead and mentor a team of five direct reports within the Finance department

• Develop maintain and enforce a robust system of internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP

• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and contribute to key business decisions

• Manage banking relationships cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization

• Ensure compliance with federal state and local tax and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit

• Analyze and improve financial performance focusing on profitability efficiency and longterm growth

Qualifications:

• 10 years of seniorlevel finance or accounting leadership experience

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred

• Expertise in managing fullcycle accounting operations and team leadership

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and financial reporting systems

• Experience with projectbased financial management preferably in IT or constructionrelated services

• Outstanding analytical negotiation and communication skills

• Proven ability to assess and optimize vendor contracts and cost structures
