Deputy Nurse Manager Supernumerary
24 per hour 40 hours per week
We are looking for a Deputy Nurse Manager to join our clients team and provide excellent care services in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to engage with service users maintain strong relationships and ensure the delivery of highquality care.
What Were Looking For
- RGN Registered General Nurse (Adult) or RMN Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager
- Ability to understand and adhere to CQC standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage with service users and their families

Responsibilities
- Engage with service users to understand their needs and provide exceptional care
- Carrying out supervisions
- Maintain a good working knowledge of CQC standards
- Build and maintain working relationships with external care professionals families visitors and the staffing team
- Promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in developing agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
