At Qualtrics were scaling our B2B marketing capabilities to support our rapid global growth. We need a visionary leader to oversee our marketing technology ecosystem and drive operational excellence. This role will leverage technological innovation particularly AI to transform how we engage with prospects and customers. By aligning marketing strategy with technological advancements this position will play a critical role in delivering personalized and datadriven customer experiences at scale.

Things Youll Do
  • Partner with leadership to align technology investments with business outcomes
  • Architect and manage our endtoend marketing technology stack
  • Lead implementation of generative AI solutions to enhance content creation personalization and campaign
  • Oversee the building and maintenance of data flows between marketing systems and our broader technology ecosystem
  • Drive marketing automation strategy to improve campaign velocity and effectiveness
  • Oversee marketing operations governance including documentation and best practices
  • Develop and mentor a highperforming marketing operations team
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
  • 10 years of experience in B2B marketing technology and operations roles
  • Demonstrated expertise with Marketo and marketing automation platforms
  • Track record of building and managing integrated marketing technology ecosystems
  • Experience leading crossfunctional technology initiatives
  • Team leadership and development experience
Nice to Have:
  • Experience implementing and working with generative AI for marketing applications
  • Salesforce administration background
  • Certifications in relevant marketing platforms (Marketo Certified Expert etc.
  • Background in SaaS or enterprise technology marketing
  • Experience managing technology budgets and vendor relationships
