Position Summary:
Supports a portfolio of National Multi Unit Customers with daytoday tactical customer relationship management activity. Assists the Multi Unit Account Managers by coordinating customer activities and providing internal support to their customer account teams. Facilitates interactions between internal supporting departments and customer corporate offices.
Position: Fixed Contract 12 months
Location: North York ON
Work Model: Hybrid 4 days in office 1 day work from home)
Essential Functions:
Organizes all essential communication for key projects e.g. promotions limited time offers and product changes
Manages order guide process
Reviews internal initiatives from a customer perspective to ensure proper
Coordinates new item setup
Directs internal Gordon Food Service teams with new restaurant location openings and closings.
Creates standard and ad hoc reports to support customer use of the Data Warehouse. Analyzes reports to ensure data integrity.
Manages customer product usage through the CRID report and Customer Compliance report
Participates in business reviews as directed by Regional Chain Manager
Serves as the escalation point for any customer service issues requiring additional support. Resolves conflicts.
Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Highly motivated self starter with a focus on details and accuracy in a fast paced environment
Excellent written verbal organizational and communication skills.
Ability to problem solve and develop solutions to a variety of complex business issues with the ability to balance customer needs within the framework of Gordon Food Service business practices.
Ability to multitask organize prioritize and work independently or within a team environment
A natural desire to serve our customers
Equipment / Tools / Technology:
Advanced knowledge of SAP applications spreadsheet word processing presentation and email.
Must be proficient using a computer keyboard (may need to be tested)
