This is a great opportunity for someone with some customer facing experience to enter into a commercial role in the hospitality industry. Computer literacy excellent verbal and written communication and an upbeat personality would be ideal qualities in a candidate for this role.
Please note the role is predominantly Monday Friday 9am 5pm however there may be requirements at times to work 10am 6pm or 11am 7pm depending on business needs. The occasional Saturday will also be required.

You will join the reservations team responding to enquiries securing conversions and upselling where possible.
You enjoy responding to all enquiries in a highly professional manner converting inquiries into bookings logging reservations accurately in the system
