Job Description
Cascade Medical (CM) a Rural Health Clinic and critical access hospital located in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the Cascade Foothills of Central Washington is looking for a fulltime Family Practice Physician to help care for our growing community.
Patient Centered Medical Home certified our rural health clinic offers a supportive friendly atmosphere for staff and patients. Ancillary services available at our facility include lab; radiology; physical occupational and speech therapies; and screening endoscopies. We do not perform obstetrics.
This positions primary function is outpatient clinic responsibilities that include primary care management in a teambased care environment with a mixture of urgent care appointments with a high level of provider autonomy and it offers opportunities to admit and oversee care for patients in our hospital. Were looking for a candidate who is interested in providing high quality healthcare to individuals and families with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.
