Job Description
Job Title: Pain Management Physician
Location: Bradenton FLOverview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pain Management Physician to join our team in Bradenton FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced pain management techniques and a dedication to delivering highquality compassionate care to patients. This position offers a dynamic balance of clinical work and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of advanced pain management procedures including radio frequency ablations injections kyphoplasty intrathecal pumps and spinal cord stimulators. Must do 50 procedures per day.
- Conduct 45 procedure days per week delivering toptier care to patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments and detailed medical histories.
- Continuously monitor patient progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Actively contribute to practice productivity and patient satisfaction with opportunities for additional compensation based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice in Florida.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Board certification in Pain Management or a related field.
- Extensive experience performing pain management procedures including radio frequency ablations injections kyphoplasty intrathecal pumps and spinal cord stimulators.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patientcentered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage a fastpaced work environment while ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Base salary starting at $500000 per year.
- Bonus Potential: Up to $40000 annually based on patient satisfaction and productivity.
