Job Description
Position Summary:Analyze Design and implement production processes to measurably improve efficiency and quality metrics. Evaluate and monitor processes to ensure safety and consistency. Conduct Statistical Analysis to validate and quantify changes in process control. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet all customer and internal specification to make ready for shipment.

Position Overview:As a Sustaining Electrical Mechanical Engineer you will play a crucial role in supporting the production of capital equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the reliability efficiency and performance of our equipment. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues related to semiconductor equipment including:
- Robotics
- Linear Motion
- Pneumatics
- Vacuum Systems
- Controls
- Signal Processing
- Wafer Handling Systems
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams schematics and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering manufacturing and quality assurance teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Create and maintain training documentation for technicians.
- Train technicians on equipment maintenance troubleshooting and safety protocols.
- Participate in project management activities ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Knowledge of robotics and control systems (preferred).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to create clear and concise training materials.
