Team Lead Network Shift Engineer (Multiple Positions) (Los Angeles CA)
Responsible for supervising Shift Engineers in monitoring and troubleshooting Transmission & IP network. Escalate tickets according to CTAs escalation procedures. Coordinate troubleshooting of any major network outages and chronic customer circuits fault. Collect and analyze network utilization and generate periodic network status reports. Monitor softswitch network identify problems troubleshoot analyze traffic and network design and plan. Perform International Private Line testing and activation. Service testing and delivery.
Salary:$130957 to $135000
Requirements:
- Masters degree in computer science computer engineering electrical engineering telecommunications or a related field and two years of experience in computer and telecommunication networks.
- Experience with internet protocol (IP) and transmission network.
- Experience with the operation of Cisco routers and switches.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
